These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of AI-Prowler Desktop, AI-Prowler Personal, and AI-Prowler Business (collectively, the "Service"), provided by AI-Prowler LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("AI-Prowler," "we," "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AI-Prowler is a local desktop application that indexes documents on a user's own computer into a private knowledge base, and connects that knowledge base to Claude AI (provided by Anthropic) via the Model Context Protocol. Optional paid tiers add remote access and multi-user server features.
Some features require a paid subscription, billed monthly through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice posted on this site.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Messaging program. AI-Prowler Business allows subscribers to send operational text messages (e.g., job scheduling confirmations, arrival-time updates, job-completion notices) to their own customers and field crew, using a subscriber-provisioned messaging number.
Consent. Recipients opt in to receive these messages through the subscriber's own booking or intake process. Consent is not shared, sold, or used for unrelated marketing.
Frequency & cost. Message frequency varies based on the subscriber's usage. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out & help. Recipients may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance.
Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your documents and locally-indexed data remain on your own computer; AI-Prowler does not upload your files to our servers. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-Prowler does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI-Prowler LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
