AI-Prowler LLC ("AI-Prowler," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — including for our SMS text-messaging features.
We use account information to provide and bill for the Service, and to respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
What it's for. AI-Prowler Business lets a subscriber (e.g., a field service business) send operational texts — appointment confirmations, arrival-time updates, job-completion notices — to their own customers and crew.
Consent. Message recipients opt in directly with the subscriber, typically when booking a service. An example of this consent flow is shown on our SMS Notification Sign-Up page.
What we don't do. Phone numbers and message content collected for SMS notifications are not used for marketing and are not shared or sold to third parties. This information is used solely to deliver the requested operational message.
Message frequency & cost. Frequency varies by subscriber usage. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out. Any recipient can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for support. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery infrastructure. Messages are transmitted using Twilio's messaging APIs. Twilio processes message content solely to deliver it and does not use it for its own purposes.
Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy and only for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.
Document data stays on your own device for as long as you keep it indexed. Messaging logs are retained locally by the subscriber and are not centrally stored by AI-Prowler LLC.
You can stop receiving SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP, uninstall the Service to remove all local data, or contact us to close your subscription account.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
